About AI Sewa

We build the systems that let AI work with your company's data

AI Sewa is an engineering company. We connect business data, set up RAG pipelines and private language models on top of it, and build the agentic teams, integrations and workflows that put them to use.

What we do

Most companies already have the information an AI system would need. It is spread across a CRM, an ERP, shared drives, email and the heads of a few long-serving staff.

Language models can now read that information, answer questions from it and handle routine tasks. They can only do it once someone has done the plumbing: getting the data out, cleaning it, deciding who may see what, and connecting the model to the software people already use.

That plumbing is our work. We build agentic teams that pass work between each other and back to people, and connect them to your in-house and third-party tools. Underneath sit the data pipelines and stores, RAG pipelines, private LLM deployments and automated workflows they depend on.

We start small. A first project is usually one workflow or one team, scoped so you can judge whether it works before anything bigger is agreed.

What we're for

Making AI useful inside a specific business: connected to its own data and permissions, and doing work someone currently does by hand.

What we won't do

We would sooner turn a project down than build one that won't hold up.

  • Promise results before we've seen your data.
  • Recommend a private model when a hosted one would do the job.
  • Let agents act on live systems without a person who can review and stop them.
  • Move sensitive data anywhere you haven't approved.
  • Build on tooling that only we can maintain.

The name

AI + Sewa

Sewa means service. The name is a reminder that the AI we build is there to do useful work for the people using it.

In practice that means fewer tools to log into, and systems your own team can understand and run after we hand them over.

We connect your company's data to models you control, then build agents that act in your systems, with people approving the steps that matter.

How we work

We fit the AI to the business

Every company has different data, systems and habits, so we start from those and design around them.

01

Start with the process

We look at how the work is done today before choosing any model.

02

You own the data

Pipelines, indexes and fine-tuned weights stay yours, in accounts you control.

03

Use the smallest thing that works

A retrieval setup beats a fine-tune if it does the job. A rule beats a model if it does the job.

04

People approve what matters

Payments, first contact with a customer and changes to records of truth can wait for a person.

05

Permissions first

Every agent gets the narrowest access it needs, and every action is logged.

06

Measure it

We agree what success looks like before building, and check it after launch.

Process

From first conversation to a running system

01

Map

We sit with the people who do the work and trace one process end to end, including the systems and data it touches.

02

Choose

We pick the one or two places where automation would save the most time with the least risk.

03

Design

Data sources, model choice, integrations, agent roles and approval points, written down and agreed.

04

Build

Pipelines, connectors, agents and the workflow itself, shipped in small pieces you can try.

05

Test

Against real past cases, including the awkward ones, before anything touches production.

06

Launch

Usually with a person approving every action at first, then fewer as it earns trust.

07

Improve

We review failures and edge cases, adjust and retest.

Product lines

How we group the work

Data

Pipelines, storage and search over your company's information.

Models

Hosted, fine-tuned or private models, chosen per task.

Connect

Connectors that let models read from and write to your systems.

Flow

Multi-step workflows with retries, approvals and logs.

Agents

Narrow agents, each with one job and its own permissions.

Teams

Groups of agents that hand work to each other and to people.
